Following is information for attendees who have already registered for a Healthcare Web Summit event.

HealthcareWebSummit webinars involve logging into the webinar web site. The webinar web site provides the presentation slides advanced by the faculty presenters, the speaker audio, and the ability to submit questions and other online features. You also will  receive an advance downloadable link to the faculty slide presentation, which you can use to print a copy if you so wish.  Please note: for some webinar events, audio is available only through an online connection and not also via phone. Please consult your login instructions or contact MCOL to determine if your event also provides audio via a phone line.

When you register for your event, you should receive an e-mail confirming your registration within a business day of your registration. Please be sure to contact the HealthcareWebSummit offices if you have registered, and did not receive a confirmation within a business day that indicates the event(s) you wish to attend.

You will subsequently receive e-mail instructions one business day before each event that includes your webinar online login instructions and passcode, and links for downloading the companion faculty slide presentations in advance. Be sure to contact the HealthcareWebSummit offices immediately if you have not received this email towards the end of the day before the event.
