HealthcareWebSummit: California Healthcare Environment: A Forecast for 2012
Overview

Accountable care organizations. The California Health Benefit Exchange. Bundled payments. The last-minute death of premium regulation. Data breaches.

These were some of the events that defined California’s healthcare industry during 2011. What will 2012 bring? Join us on Thursday, December 15 at 10 a.m. Pacific when Payers & Providers convenes its last but most significant Web event of this year: The 2012 Healthcare Forecast For California.

This webinar features three of California’s most dynamic leaders: Steven T. Valentine, President of The Camden Group; Henry Loubet, chief innovation officer for mega-broker Keenan; and Jim Lott, executive vice president of the Hospital Association of Southern California.

These three visionary healthcare executives will share their predictions for the California healthcare market for 2012 and beyond. Among the topics up for discussion: Will the Affordable Care Act pass legal muster? If not, will that create another opening for single-payer? How is ACO formation moving along? What progress is being made with the next health plan exchange? How will the waiver function?
