The 1 hour seminar will be an overview of the regulations and a practical discussion of the impact the comparability regulations and their rather rigid requirements will have on employer contributions to HSAs if issued as is in final form. They will also discuss the exception to the comparability rule for contributions "made through a cafeteria plan" and will identify potential contributions arrangements that will satisfy the exception.
