Faye Lindsay
Portfolio Executive, Health Care Practice, EDS

Faye Lindsay is a Portfolio Executive in EDS' Healthcare Practice. She is responsible for identifying and providing business technology enablement solutions ranging from application strategy development through implementation and engagement management. In her role, she works closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and ensure successful delivery of solutions to the providers. 

Lindsay brings 20 years of provider and payer experience to EDS, including business development, decision support and performance improvement consulting, managed care leadership, strategic planning, contract negotiation and market differentiation strategies. 

Prior to joining EDS, Lindsay spent 13 years with VHA, Inc. and Novation, LLC as a vice president of the southwestern regional health care system and director of standardization and utilization. VHA is an alliance of over 2200 community based health care organizations with almost $17 billion in purchases through Novation, the supply company for VHA and University Health Consortium. While serving at VHA/Novation, she was responsible for directing decision support and performance improvement business development initiatives for member hospitals, and developing and leading a start-up statewide PPO.

Lindsay spent several years with a behavioral health care organization as their vice president of managed care operations responsible for utilization management, quality management, managed care negotiations, call center operations, medical records and risk management. Also, her earlier career included serving as the manager of budgets and planning for Cigna Healthplan.

She earned a bachelor of business administration and a master of business administration from the University of Texas, Austin, Texas. 

Faye Lindsay resides in Plano, Texas and is actively involved in numerous community activities.
