A Summit CD will be available at no cost to the first 150 eligible attendees requesting a copy.  The CD will contain the presentation, as well as the audio from the audioconference.  After the first 150 requests, and to all parties who did not attend the audioconference, the cost is only $10.00 plus a $5.00 processing fee.
