Mike Zimmer, Distribution Strategist for Compensation Technologies, has extensive experience in the development of healthcare decision support systems, data management and operations in the managed care arena. Since joining CSC, his focus has been on delivering added value to organizations through the development and implementation of compensation and incentive management solutions. He brings a keen understanding of the critical technologies required to gain competitive advantage from your brokers. Mike served as the operations manager for a successful health maintenance organization and succeeded in bringing significant process improvements to the claims adjudication systems. Mike produced a successful grant proposal for a study aimed at increasing the effectiveness of NCQA health plan evaluation tools for consumers in small business purchasing cooperatives in New York State. Regardless of the specific role, Mike’s interest is always focused on improving all aspects of quality, delivery, and bringing business value to our clients. |
