This session is 45 minutes in length including time allowed for questions and answers. Attendees can also e-mail inquiries to the faculty any time during the summit. Faculty Presentation: Clive Riddle, MCOL President
Mr. Riddle is President of MCOL, the eight-year-old company focused on helping professionals position themselves for a new kind of health care in the 21st Century. Mr. Riddle has become a prominent national thought leader and speaker on emerging managed care and health plan trends, and authored the Consumer Driven Care Training Kit. A 23 year veteran of the healthcare and managed care industry, Riddle has held a variety of high-level leadership positions including 12 years as CEO of a regional managed care organization in California. There he was responsible for developing and overseeing HMO, PPO, insurance, clinic and pharmacy operations, where they developed into a $100 million-a-year business.

The session will address and elaborate on the major points covered in the Consumer Driven Primer, and allow for a question and answer period following the presentation. Please note registrants will incur their own long distance phone charges for each audioconference.
