A Free Health Industry Webinar & Audio Conference from DST Health Solutions |
DST Health Solutions' CDH solution proactively manages consumers' healthcare costs by bringing together important financial and healthcare information into a single integrated offering. By providing a comprehensive set of Web-based resources that promote informed healthcare decision-making and simplify payment for healthcare services though integrated debit card solutions, it makes facilitating consumerism programs straightforward. DST Health Solutions assists health plans, banks, debit card providers, and employers in marrying financial and healthcare information to an integrated offering that helps consumers proactively manage their healthcare costs.
OVERVIEW
According to Forrester research, when employers look at their health plan offerings to determine whether a consumer-directed solution is right for them, employee readiness and resistance are the top reasons why employers chose not to offer a CDHP. And less than half of all employees who are offered a CDHP by their employer actually enroll in the plan.
So how do you create a cost-effective CDHP that offers cost-savings to your employer groups, as well as your own bottom line, and simultaneously engages the consumer at the level necessary to make CDHP work?
The answer is a fully-integrated solution that provides a personalized consumer experience with a variety of education and service options and easy access to decision support tools and money management. This critical combination of services and technology allows the consumer to seamlessly navigate their health and wellness and creates an educated and informed consumer population. This is the goal with consumer-directed solutions.
Health plans need select partners who share this common vision for seamless customer service. Listen to Curt Palmer, Senior Vice President, Consumer Solutions, DST Health Solutions discuss the various implementation offerings that health plans today are putting into place to create this effective convergence.
