LEARNING OBJECTIVES
The rules do not prevent the establishment of
wellness and disease management programs. They simply create hurdles which
require sufficient knowledge in order to effectively navigate around or over
such hurdles. Thus, the learning objectives are to identify and address the
legal compliance issues so that legal compliance problems can be avoided and/or
to identify creative solutions in the event legal compliance problems already
exist.
