HealthcareWebSummit webinars involve dialing in for an audioconference phone call for the audio portion, and also logging into the webinar web site for the visual and interactive portion. The webinar web site provides the presentation slides advanced by the faculty presenters, and the ability to submit questions and other online features. You also will receive an advance downloadable link to the faculty slide presentation, which you can use to print a copy if you so wish, and can also use to follow along with the audioconference call in the event you do not have online access at the time of the webinar. When you register for your event, you should receive an e-mail confirming your registration within a business day of your registration. Please be sure to contact the HealthcareWebSummit offices if you have registered, and did not receive a confirmation within a business day that indicates the event(s) you wish to attend. You will subsequently receive e-mail instructions one business day before each event that includes your dial-in instructions (including the phone number to call, passcode to enter, and the time of the call), the webinar online login instructions and passcode, and links for downloading the companion faculty slide presentations in advance. Be sure to contact the HealthcareWebSummit offices immediately if you have not received this email towards the end of the day before the event.
